With over 7 years experience working within the travel industry and for a highly popular high street agent, I finally get to realise my passion of bringing a unique and more personalised service to my clients!
I love all things travel and being able to exceed my clients expectations when it comes to booking anything from a weekend away to a once in a lifetime trip!
My aim is to provide a unique and personal service to my clients, so that you know who you are dealing with at all times. You will have the peace of mind of not having those lengthy waiting times trying to get through to your online tour operators, should you need to amend, cancel or simply have a query. I will be available morning and night, weekdays and weekends, so any queries can be made around your schedule.
I book all of your popular tour operators such as jet2holidays, easyJet holidays, TUI, Sandals, P&O Cruises to name a few. I also book all cruise liners, ski companies, hot tub breaks, luxury high-end holidays, tailor-made holidays, coach trips, long haul travel, flight only..basically anything you can book online, you can book through myself at competitive prices!
I have always prided myself in giving excellent customer service. From the booking stage right up until you return from your trip, I will keep you up to date with the ever changing travel requirements. As well as completing any pre-travel needs before you depart (passenger information, pre booked seats, online check in, printed boarding passes etc)
